Baithak: Music for Mental Well-Being
was an intimate evening of shared pause and presence, held on 13 December 2025 at Green Park, Delhi. Bringing together over 55 people, the gathering used music as a gentle, non-verbal form of emotional care.
Set against a quiet winter sunset, Baithak reminded us that healing doesn’t always need words, sometimes, it begins by simply listening together.

Meet Your Second Brain: Understanding the Brain–Gut Connect was a calm, insight-rich afternoon held on 7 October 2025 at NCUI Auditorium.
Through expert conversations on nutrition, psychology, and mindful living, participants explored the powerful link between gut health and mental well-being.
The experience blended science with self-reflection, closing with yoga, food, and stories that celebrated nourishment of both body and mind.
Building Mental Resilience in Adolescents
On 23 December 2025, 187 students attended a psychologist-led mental well-being workshop organised by The Well-Being Trust at Salwan Girls Senior Secondary School.
Designed as an interactive, judgment-free session, the workshop encouraged adolescents to talk about stress, fear, and emotional challenges without labels or clinical language. Led by psychologist Avnee Taneja, the session prioritised listening, emotional awareness, and help-seeking.

Climate Conversations: Understanding Anxiety and Action
Addressing the mental health impact of environmental change, this landmark event at the IIC New Delhi brought together experts and youth to explore "eco-anxiety."
Participants gained actionable strategies to build emotional resilience and integrate climate awareness into community well-being.

Kintsugi and Storytelling Workshops: Healing Through Creativity
Using the Japanese art of gold-repair and the power of personal narrative, these workshops offered a unique pathway to emotional recovery. Participants learned to embrace their "scars" and transform lived experiences into empowering stories of strength and renewal.
