About The Well-Being Trust

At The Well-Being Trust, we believe that mental well-being is not a privilege; it’s a necessity.

Our Trust was founded to make mental health a shared social priority by promoting awareness, building emotional resilience,

and fostering safe spaces for dialogue.

Through education, research, advocacy, and collaboration, we work across schools, workplaces, and communities to integrate mental well-being into everyday life. From capacity-building workshops and youth engagement programmes to digital tools and knowledge-sharing initiatives, we aim to make care and understanding accessible to all.

By partnering with educators, organisations, and policymakers, we’re creating a movement that normalises conversations around mental health — and inspires sustainable change. Together, we’re building a world where every individual feels heard, supported, and empowered to nurture their mental well-being.

At the heart of our work lies a simple belief — mental well-being is the foundation of a healthier, more compassionate society.

Established with the purpose of creating awareness, building resilience, and fostering collective action, our Trust is committed to making mental health a shared priority across communities, workplaces, and institutions.

We work to promote emotional resilience and psychological safety through education, dialogue, and evidence-based interventions. From workshops and retreats to school programmes and workplace initiatives, every effort is aimed at helping individuals and organisations build cultures of care and understanding.
