Suno Na | Online

About the Event

On 23 November 2024, Suno Na, a community storytelling and open-mic initiative, successfully transitioned from an in-person gathering to a virtual format in response to hazardous air pollution levels in Delhi. The shift ensured participant safety while preserving the programme’s core objective: creating an inclusive, non-judgemental space for emotional expression and connection.

The virtual platform welcomed a diverse group of participants who shared personal reflections, poetry, and creative narratives addressing vulnerability, resilience, and lived experience. Despite physical distance, the session fostered deep engagement – participants listened, responded, and connected, transforming unfamiliar faces into a supportive community. The online format also expanded accessibility, allowing individuals who may not attend physical events to participate safely.

The Experience

Suno Na demonstrated the importance of flexible, responsive mental health interventions that adapt to external challenges while maintaining emotional safety and impact. Such spaces play a critical role in reducing isolation, normalising vulnerability, and encouraging dialogue around mental well-being.
